Wow!!! 3Dset support told me that it is possible to print parts just with 20x20 print area...

That is an impressive little 3D printer. Cantilevered print head must be pretty ridged. The parts come off that flex bed surface so easy I would be nervous they would not stay put while printing. The print times were not bad, just a lot of parts to print. The supports look like they removed easily without a lot of cleanup to do. The fit up seemed amazing. Did most of the M2 fasteners just self tap into the mating parts? Even the split rims were interesting. Thanks so much for making this video.

you get over the nerves on the steel panel bed eventually. just about all the screws had holes the right size to just screw into the plastic and lock down tight. im still fairly impressed with the printer, and the engineering work in the print design. something to strive for.

@@spareroomprocrastinationna190 One of those things you would like to see first hand the process they go through in developing a model from drawings to the end G code that insures all the parts can be laid out and printed and allow for that manufacture of printer to make close tolerance parts. I swear I can print the same part twice and it comes out dimensionally different at the same settings and print orientation. 😠

FIRST! The background music and on screen labels and graphics were very cool. This is a good looking build. I'm really impressed at how little distortion and warping is in those parts. They fit like a glove. Will these parts get filled (or spray-filled) and painted?

The ultimate challenge is to get the prints all finished well enough it won't need paint. Will see.
