Woah dude. The i-im not paying you part is sampled in LPC 19 theme 1. I always wondered where that one was from, since almost every other sample is from a regular album.
You can use any number of free video makers on your phone or computer, and then use the mp3 file as it's backing track, just use it with a still image and then upload the video file you make. It's real easy.
