I liked frozen throne plot around sylvanas and the treatment of characters like dreadlords, the remnants of lordearon and nagas, went to simple to very complex but it was still so fun
I hope we see Scourge and Night Elves soon. I curious how Sylvanas and Arthas ( as death knight) models will looks. So hype for this so Blizzard dont you dare to kill it !!
Sylvanas (alive) is already datamined. Also dont worry the game is coming out and the dev team seems extremely passionate about it so even if it has problems regarding some unit looks I am confident they will adress them, they have already done the same with the UI replacing the green screen thing with something that looks more like the old one.

The one shown earlier was actually the early version of Samuro, a unique blademaster. They're really doling out unique models, even for fairly interchangeable character. Mannoroth, magtheridon, and Azgalor all have their own models.

For the most part they look great. The orc catapult, or demolisher rather, has some weird smoke effect that looks like its from the original game. Also, the Grunt has that weird body shape where it looks like he's shrugging with his shoulders - kind of reminds me of the orc in the MoP of Pandaria trailer - they should make the Grunt look wide, not tall. The Troll Witch Docta is near perfect.
I actually think it misses a lot of what makes wc3 models good, the boxy almost cartoony style makes things easier to recognize from afar, this realistic style isn’t easy on the eyes from far away, hard to distinguish when u have a lot of things going on the screen
Blizzard should build Wow on this highly specialized units. Orc farseers on wolves or bloodlusting spellcasters, orc warriors with 4 specializations (grunt, blademaster, raider, wyvern riders), troll witchdoctors and hunters spear/axe throwes, tauren warriors with wielding totems or axes, etc. I know that PVP could never be balanced in this way, but the fun playing with that highly specialized races would be a great fun.
Are they planning to expand War3 after updates for Frozen Throne? There are some cool unit designs in WOW across years, which will be awesome to be included in War3.
@@LeystTV i wish they tried to stay with this asthetic with world of Warcraft. They went insane with the cartoony aspects and got rid of the style of it. The more muted bits especially for the horse are seemly gone. The simple banded plates/furs/leathers just won't show up any more.
Hope these gfx work in-game. That over the top cartoony look gave each unit immediate personality when seen from above, at a distance and bunched up with alot of other stuff. Doubt these models will have the same effect. They look in a way too detailed
I love how high fidelity everything is, but can we get a mock "game" preview? Like a whole group of units zoomed out and moving? Just to see how it translates to the actual RTS feel.

they all look great, much better than the human models. shaman should have bone claws though, not those garden fence-like spear things. also BM has too much armor on. the previous one in the video with grom hellscream was better.
It's a shame about that shitstorm is happening around Blizzard, but that artistic approach to such old game is dope AF 🔥 really good way of resurrecting childhood right there. Shaman in old Warcraft had cool clothes and these are even more cool.
