Thanks for the video. Just did my 2009 Mini Clubman tranny fluid change. There are two fill locations on the tranny. Remove the driver side wheel and peel back the center of the wheel well liner and you will notice two 12 mm bolts one on top of another in the center of the tranny. Remove the top bolt it will have an o-ring on it. This is how you know you found a fill location. The 2nd fill location is on top of the tranny adjacent to the starter. Feel for the 12 mm bolt with your hand. Use a box wrench to remove, it is easier than a socket. You can run the car while filling in these locations. To fill, I drilled two holes in a sturdy plastic container's cap. Screwed an air hose male fitting in one hole and cut a 1/4 inch hose at an angle and fed it through the second hole. Set the air compressor to 5 psi. I used a plastic hose adapter from my Mighty Vac kit and screwed into the 12mm bolt hole. The air from the compressor will push the tranny fluid in to the tranny.
Yes, this sounds more correct as the oil stay in the pan while car is running is less than when car is off and cooled. Thanks for the video. I am on my half way of doing it and just figured the 10 years old plug won't easily come out---may need some better tool.
