@@finger_tema You know what, I keep Russia in high esteem for many reasons that are not the look of excess glamour of those cities. Sooo beautiful and perfect it seems superficial and fake, like I said a film set. It looks unbalance and not normal with the rest of the country. Siberia and the far-east seem more realistic! @@finger_tema Just an other comment, I've been watching a lot of videos about Russia, and I would absolutely not say "everything is bad" out of Moscow and St-Petersbourg. On the contrary for me, everything seems good and perfect and normal everywhere else. Russians from elsewhere than those two cities should uplift the way they look at themselves.Thanks again.

I have been to some countries in the Western world, but, what is most remarkable about Moscow is that here there does not seem to be many street crimes or violence due to abuse of alcoholic drinks, the roads are all well paved and clean, no signs of litter or cigarette fags as you find in cities such as London, and the women/girls are so secure like they are wearing whatever they want to. Still, no guy is misbehaving with them or creating any harassment.
It's awe-inspiring to see this level of discipline!!
Only Singapore is another place which comes to my mind where development and social decent coexist.

I agree, and in the 1950's and 1960's major U.S. metropolitan areas had not yet become the dark, dirty, dangerous places that I regret to say so many of them have become today.
Imagine families, young people and old, infants and teenagers, walking on brightly lit, clean pleasant streets in early evening and at night. Not in the U.S., not anymore.
It is like every capital city. Outside of Moscow, you will finde another side of Russia.

Сейчас с этим есть сложности из-за санкций, например, не действуют иностранные банковские карты из-за чего придётся прилететь с наличными деньгами и завести российскую карту и ещё некоторые мелочи из-за санкций. Изучи их внимательно перед прилётом, чтобы не испортить себе впечатление, а так в основном никаких проблем с этим нет, добро пожаловать!

A little earlier, or in the summer, or a little later - when the snow falls and Moscow is decorated for Christmas, there would be more impressions.
