Laura, Aaron & Ken! Great to see you guys finally had the time to compile snippets from multiple vids to create a start to finish video. Will be helpful to many people I would think. Well done!

I almost never comment but had to to say I’m so excited to see this style of video!
I don’t care that it’s all old video, the fact I can see all the info in one video is incredibly helpful! Especially because I live in the southern hemisphere and I can’t grow at the same time as you. So trying to remember all this amazing info for 6 months to apply it (or search through old videos for 1 important line of info) is very tricky.
    Thanks so much guys!!

Whew, I thought I wasn’t seeing right! I noticed there was something different about Laura, and why was she planting potatoes in raised bed instead of the south garden and at this time of year?! Took me a minute to figure out how hat was going on!! 😆

Yay! I know you were talking about doing this I start to finish, and I’m so glad you did! I am a hairstylist, and my clients always ask me about my gardens and it’s helpful to have these videos to show them when they have questions. Thank you so much.

This is great! My only request would be to add the date stamps of when these videos were produced. Being in a similar zone, I follow Laura’s lead often but keep in mind my own forecast. You both are beyond invaluable and I can’t express enough gratitude for the love of gardening I have found through your channel!

Drying means to cure the skins so they toughen up for storage. Straight out of the ground the skin is damp and tender and easily bruises or scrapes off if rubbed. Exposed to air laid out in a single layer on a rack let's the skin dry out ( like the bagged potatoes you get in the store)

Laura question? Last year I grew potatoes. I don’t have anywhere to let them cure. We pulled them from the garden and used what we needed. If we didn’t need them we left them in the garden. Do you actually have to cure them? Or can you use them as needed and leave them in the ground until we need them?
