I just commented on the currency video about already know that stuff... I definitely learned soemthing (a lot of things) here... Being a bus conductor for a while (42 timehri to GT & 32 parika to GT) I always over heard the route 31 conductors say dairy-dairy... I now know this is probably why. Thank you, great content again, Guyanese have always had a culture of abandoning good things, please promise to not make this channel one of them.
Thank you. I’m glad you learned something today, that’s why we’re here. We appreciate you watching and let us know if you have any suggestions for a future episode
When I left in the 70s, fresh milk was still available by private businesses and the milk plant. Box/bottle milk was still sold by the GMC, also orange juice. All locally produced. Everything went under with this government.
Great episode!
Thank you!
Lovely place make it a historical place for tourism?
I hope so
So sorry, Demerara DeLuxe formers workers. A deep sadness lurk for this moist and warm ruins.

@@ForTheCultureGuyana that comment is on the suspended bridge episode, also consider numbering your EPs for reference esp for word of mouth.

It’s sad. There’s this tendency for governments to throw away all of their predecessors work and replace it with their own. Too many egos in politics
Guyana is such a sad place when you get down to its history.
Guyana has a bittersweet history indeed
