For example jab India se koi work keliye jataa hai 3 years either 2 years uske bad jab wo india return aata hai only for 3 month tab uske pass other country ke nationality aate agar aate hai toh waha per as a worker treat huta hai

Asa nhi hota, international law mein time fix nhi kiya gaya k kitne years k lye agr koi bahr jyga to uske pas pir apne mulk ki nationality nhi hogi, Ye srf international law k rules hain, practicaly ase kahin b nhi hota. Log pori life apne mulk se bahr guzar lete hain lekn apne mulk ki nationality pir b hoti hai, india aur Pakistan mein dual nationality rkty hain log, but bht se countries ase hian k wo srf ek nationality rkne ki permission dete hian, agr koi Pakistani ya Indian bahr ksi mulk ki nationality lena chahty hain to wo mulk us se kahyga k pehle apne mulk Pakistan ya india ki nationality chorh do
