Hi I have got nothing to do with aviation apart from a fact that I travel a lot and chat with the crew in-flight I’ve noticed that nobody I’ve spoken to has a heavy regional accent & weak grammar. It’s nothing to be shameful about but when fluent communication is the job requirement, one needs to work on it. Simply giving interviews every other month won’t help if you aren’t working on war footing on basic requirements of a crew. In a country of billions, when the HR has so many options to choose from, why would they compromise or even spend extra time giving their feedback! Also the travelers on your flight will be new everyday. If you are comfortable talking only to familiar, smiling faces, how would you face these strangers who might also be annoying n cranky in the future! I don’t wish to give any gyaan but I like your passion, so, thought of writing my points which nobody in you comment section is highlighting

In this month , the last interview in Chandigarh was on 24th May and now there is no update yet about the upcoming interviews . If there will be any vacancy, I will let you know about that

No , it depends on. There are four rounds. 2nd is BMI round and in first round , some hr ask one common question to everyone and some hr ask 2 - 3 question and in third round , they ask so many questions continuously
According to your height and weight your BMI is 30 but your BMI should be between 18 - 24 , So try to overcome weight , your weight should be between 47 to 60 kg according to your height
It would be better if you wear formal skirt and with formal shirt. Thar will create a professional look and also , always check the requirement on the official website of the aurlyas they mention about the dress code for cabin crew interview
If you have the passport the it's better but you can also give the interview if you don't have passport but have applied for it . So , one advice for you apply for your passport as soon as possible 💖

It is necessary to go with online assessment for interview can't go with direct walk-in interview in indigo airline.
