we have actually been trying to remove this effect for a few days and The Enhancements section of our TH-cam Video Manager is inaccessible for some reason, an Internal Server Error. We're working on restoring it to the original! We are contacting the server administrator to figure it out.
Why does the entire video have a posterized effect? Is that a mistake? I know the original doesn't have that effect. I can't imagine the producer would be happy about this considering how much work probably went in to the production.
