Nah.. History proves that the boxer always performs better the second time around vs the puncher. Look at Andre Ward vs Kov, Ali vs Frazier, etc.. If you don't finish the boxer the first time they will figure u out even more the 2nd time around & not make the same mistakes. If Fury wasn't taunting or playing mind games as much, it could've been a 12 round shut out. All that shoe shine'n shuckin & jive'n left him open to get hit in the back of the head & dropped. Fury earned my respect tho. He was a defensive magician. Respect to Wilder & his power but Fury took his soul by nullifying his best weapons & even took his best shots. Also his best shot left Fury lifeless on the mat with the ref having to wake him up before starting the count. Should have been a stoppage, but the ref didn't want him to die and to take away a fight in the twelfth.

Johnny Millard that’s not quite right- the scoring arithmetic is a little more complicated than that. 2 x 10-8 and 2 X 10-9 for Wilder would still have it 114-112 for Fury. Remember Fury would still have won 8 rounds vs Wilder (4 for the 2 kd rounds plus 2 for two extra= 6). If you actually add the absolute scores cumulatively for each round you’ll know what I mean

Tyson Fury he won 9 rounds so thats 10 points for each, then lets say he lost one round to Wilder so thats 9 points and then he got two 8 points because of the knock downs now if you add that up you get (10 * 9) + 9 + 8 + 8 = 115,

After watching the fight again. The 10 count started late for Fury when he went down in the 12th. But Fury still outboxed Wilder for at least arguably 8 to 9 rounds. I understand they give champions benefit of doubt but did anyone see the bullshit judge cards??? It's all over twitter. Judges are trash for that one. Yes the knockdown in the 12th save the fight for Wilder. But here is the kicker. Forget about the judges. All Fury had to do was hold his hand a little higher in the 12th and he would have won. Fury screwed it up for himself. You just can't go into someones backyard and take a title away with questions asked... and he had the judges asking questions after two knockdowns. The only person to blame here is Fury.

I can see streaming taking over because its cheaper, you get to see more fights for your dollar, so PPV can't keep taking the hits as people aren't going to keep paying to watch bad decisions.
