This is hopeless. The problem will not be solved. Identification of source of leakage or reason for paint flakes need to be ascertained. If there is a salt efflorescence, this nuskha will not work at all. Presence of chlorides, in the plaster sand will pose as a salt efflorescence. Until and unless, chlorides are not neutralized by Basic pH, materials having pH above 7 to be used. The video contents if followed, it will be a waste of time and money.

The root cause is the quality of water used during construction. The salt material come out on the surface of plaster and crack the putty. The solution is to check the strengths of plaster. If OK then do not replaster. Brush wall with light acidic water. Remove the salt and then only to go for painting. The concept being used here in video is to create a oil layer on the wall.
If you don't know the subject, don't fool others. This cannot be stopped by any cosmetics. A wrongly built structure is irreparable. A proper Damp Proof Course (DPC) has to be provided below the floor level before starting the construction of the 🧱 wall. Moisture penitration comes from ground water/Moisture. Any leakage of water or moisture has to be stopped before it enters the structure. Once it (Water or Moisture) enters the structure (wall or flooring or RCC slabs or roof) nobody knows from where it will try to come out.
I fully agree with u sir sadly nobody knows scientific reasons & waterproofing sollutions its time to fully educate ourselves with basics in wal & waterproofing theories
Mr.Shastriji ,I think you are partly wrong and partly right.In my wall of 3 story Flat , ' papri' is forming on wall ! without any dampness from below! How you will explain it ?It is OK when 'papri' is seen on wall of basement floor which may be due to dampness.

It can not be removed unless the root cause of presences of sulphate and phosphate is not removed it is mainly due to using the hard water during contamination and making of bricks if you want to remove this use sealant for moisture or salts not coming out of walls that is basic funda
Don't do this. Root cause of such seepage is continuous leakage of water from water pipeline from bathroom kitchen etc. This work won't help same will happen after sometime.
