Presenting our latest collaborative masterpiece: The Robotic Panel Repair Line brought to life by the brilliant minds at Con-Vey and 7robotics!
Watch as the in-feed conveyor smoothly delivers a stacked unit of plywood panels, skillfully unstacked by the first robot and placed onto the vacuum belt conveyor. Here, Argos Solutions' Panel Repair System will take the stage, scanning for defects, precision routing, and expertly filling imperfections with poly, putty, or epoxy, tailored to our customer's exact specifications.
Con-Vey's expertise shines through in the meticulously designed conveyors, curing tower, controls, and a myriad of ancillary automations and structures, including walkways and stairs. This project is a testament to the power of collaboration, where Con-Vey's mastery meets 7robotics' finesse in feeding and stacking robots, equipped with custom tooling and programming.
After the panels are repaired, they undergo a curing process in the tower. Then the second robot takes charge, stacking the panels on the outfeed conveyor. Not only does it expertly arrange the panels, but it’s also able to flip them for a second pass, ensuring meticulous repairs on both sides.
