try reading about dopamine detox and how to manage that. could be that. we often forget to find happiness in small things - try this too hence. try to slow down a bit , when you are at home atleast . avoid multi tasking . analyse how many u can focus comfortably - example if u can comfortably focus only on two things at a time , do only two different things at a time. try to avoid seeing negative news in the social media - just read those enough to be aware about your surrondings , dont read deep into it. i had gone thru what you mentioned and tried all the above and it worked. you will hv to sit , think snd figure out whats bothering you and how to manage. u can speak get insight from your friends too. Reels n shorts reduce attention span.. even while watching a video we read comments, write comments.. I cant even think of a time where I gave my 100% attention to a video/ movie.
i realized it about 5 months back and the very next moment i uninstalled instagram but i know youre an influencer and you cant do that but trust me my life is much much better without scrolling and i find time for reading , learning something new etc … and im so happy now😊
