Hey bro so I had a old open flash tablet with my stock tune and a couple other tunes already in there but it ended up messing up and I guess the screen fried so I wasn’t able to use the touch screen. so I sent it to open flash performance. they couldn’t fix it and they sent me a code for a new one so I bought a new one half off. But the old one still had all my tools in it and my car was never unmarried from the old one so how can I put my old tunes on this new one because I need my stock tune
I just installed stg-2-v4. Is it normal for my car to have lower rpm than before and run sluggish. It's an automatic. Also shifting happens almost right away could be at 45mph and it's already in 5th gear is this part of the ECU adjusting?
Hey bro, yes this is completely normal when it recalibrates for the first few hours of driving. After a while it should be back to normal so don’t worry. If it’s still sluggish after driving a good while though then that’s a different story
When I add my calibration code, will it know I am using OFT v1, I don’t have v2 as it came with my car. I guess my question is, are the tunes universal between v1 and v2? And if not, will the site give me the correct codes for my tablet version?
idk if you will read this but i need help on the asap i plug my oft into my computer and it just shows a picture of a tablet and then when i load ofm its just stuck on connecting to deivce
Hey Dude. If you're still having problems with the Windows computer requirement for the OFT, you could try running Windows in Boot Camp. Most likely that will work. By the way; Windows 10 can be used freely. Even if you'd never activate it. You can still use it ;)
Wow. Nothing works.. i read my factory tune. Good*. But nonthing uploads to the open flash manager.. also i cant upload the tunes because the files “are too big”
hey man, not sure why you can't upload the tunes because the files are too big... try deleting any files currently on it (except your factory tune of course) and try again. also make sure you downloaded the right tune files. did you buy the oft brand new or used?

I’m certain all windows laptops will be able to work for this! Otherwise you can borrow a friends computer and do it there 😜
