Thanks D H, loved this move as a kid, just showed it to my kids! Love watching it as an adult to pickup on some of the things that went over my head as a kid. Still an awesome movie and enjoyed the crazy ridiculous stuff Yahoo does - Young Einstein and Mr Accident are also amazing.

They were discussing Australia needing a folk hero in the vein of Zorro and Mason suggested Ned Kelly, adding “good luck to our editors finding clips from this movie!” James responded that they could gather clips from this 360p TH-cam copy. Incidentally, the cool color hues on this upload of the movie meant only certain sections were available for the COG, leading to that particular episode getting the working title of Blue Harvest, which was also the working title of the original Star Wars.
There's a band out in Stanley, Idaho, now Austin, Texas called Reckless Kelly , this was the inspiration to the band name was the name of this movie here.
Recently I saw some fun fact mem about famous australian gangsta Edward Kelly that was wearing metal armor and thanks to that I finally found this movie after almost 20 years...
@@DH-wq6np glad you did. The DVD is not widescreen and this has been a favorite of mine for 28 years.. I thought Hugo Weaving looked familiar, even back then. Kept my eye on him ever since.
I loved this movie when I was a kid and love it just as much now! If anyone hasn't watched Young Einstein it's a must watch its that movie that put Yahoo Serious on the map and is even more ridiculous than this.
Neat I do think the movie is deeper than it initially appears Almost auto narrative Young Australian free spirited individual has an expensive project that requires going to America an acting to improve Australia It describes yahoo serious and the movie itself, it's a neat trick
