Jagavi's Kritunga || Train Restaurant || Hyderabad Food Walks | Pot Biryani

Kritunga opened a new theme based restaurant called Janavis kritunga train theme restaurant and it is really amazing good food and this place is know for a good spicy food and if u like spicy food them this is the place to try out.
We went to newly opened restaurant and the ambience was really good and when you get the food comes to you on the train.. Then next level. The total capacity of that train is 10 kgs of food that can hold..
There are many varieties of Food items but we have ordered,

Feedback on Kompally Krutunga- The palegars cusine
Went for lunch on 15-Oct-23 and felt upset for my decision to come here.
1. WORST experience so far.
2. I ordered chicken biryani handi for two. They got biryani in small mitti pot which looks like it meant for single biryani order, where little portion of rice with two normal piece chicken was served. This quantity was meant for 1 person and hardly sufficient for 2 members. When asked them they say in single biryani pot only they give for 2 members and charge Rs 359. It's better not to eat in KRUTUNGA.
instead go to paradise, pista house or any other biryani restaurant where handi for 2 will be served in good quantity and they don't fool customer like krutunga by giving them single biryani by tagging it as handi for 2 members.
3. Food quality - Doesn't look like the chicken was fresh.
4. Service - hindi speaking people are appointed to provide service and they lack skills and knowledge. Can't understand telugu and had to explain multiple time.
5. Parking - shared parking where it's difficult to park bike.
6. Water- Not served to customers as they want them to buy water bottle.
7.Washroom - No glass on window outsiders can see you while peeing. No cleanliness.
KRUTUNGA MUST inspect the food quality , quantity and service being served to customers here as lot of misleading happening by their staff. Till then local kompally people do not come as staff misleads and give you single biryani in mitti / clay pot by saying this is what they call 2 member handi and charge you for 2 member handi price approx Rs 359. Instead buy single biryani from paradise or pista house in less than Rs 200 price.
