Last video of 2023 on the channel! thank you guys so much for all the love this year ❤ A lot of big videos coming in 2024! If you enjoyed this one please do smash the Like and Subscribe it would mean the world to me! 🙏 Also for those curious about how the sword works here's an explanation: The sword is locked into a carriage that is connected by cables to the weights. It has a 2-stage release system. When the sword is pulled up it is pulling the carriage and the weights attached. When the sword and carriage are pulled up about 6 inches it hits a lever that activates the release lever so that when the sword and carriage come back down they hit the release lever freeing the sword from the carriage and the weights. If the sword and carriage do not reach the top and hit the top lever it will not be released. We wanted to keep people safe from hitting themselves in the face when pulling the sword because it would come flying out if there wasn't some sort of stop when they were pulling. So this is why you see people pushing down and pulling the sword out easily after because they already did the work prior of pulling it 6 inches with the weight attached. Level 1 had 100lbs attached, level 2 had 150lbs attached, and level 3 had 200lbs attached. Hope this clears up how it works!
why when the 1st guy did the 20 and 100 it looks so easy like no weight at all. Bigger dudes struggled way more. I get that powerlifting vs hypertrophy stuff but the 1st guy look skinny and this isn't that. Was that just a test and the weight isnt connected yet?
Bro people always underestimate me...I'm average sized, 5'11 200lbs but I'm great at arm wrestling, I can bench over 400lbs and have a good punch....some ppl are naturally athletic...some on speed and some in strength..some in both..
Judging by the attempts, it isn't about force, it is more about technique and grip. I am guessing that the mechanical system inside the stone (box) wants you to just pull the sword enough to release some sort of latching point, in which you lower the sword to release the weights, then of course the sword is free to lift out. This as you see have three separate weights inside the three different boxes, hence for the average person, the third one would normally not be achievable, for a weight lifter, their thought process of just giving it max effort on the easiest one makes them look weak.
I noticed the mechanism straight away. A normal person that does casual weight lifting could probably do the third sword easily if you know the mechanism.
@@Wilbur18 he tried to pick a fight with Eric Kanevsky and pushed him twice because he hurt his fragile ego. The video is posted on Eric Kanevsky channel
The last one got the good pull and technique. He took a deep breath and pulled it with his core. He kept the blade straight right until the end and kept on pulling and giving pressure until it hit the sweet spot
There's no technique. It's just a lever that releases after a certain point that you then just let it lower back down to release the weights.. its basically like trying to push a parked car and then calling it "technique" after you put it in neutral and get it to move down an incline.
@@mikusjeronovics157 Bro. A fucking twig pulled it out like nothing and a fucking bodybuilder used full force and it didn't even move. It's a technique.
@@PkinJourne Lmao how is it a scam if it's a technique? Tf. The bodybuilder had a harder time pulling it, because he was pulling towards himself and applying friction against the stone. How is that a scam??
Its bcs he listened to what brandon said at the start he said to pull it drop it then pull it again and it will come off. For example see the 300lb dude dont try and tell me he cant rack pull 200lbs… its nothing but a trick haha
your videos have been awesome over 2023 man. I loved the CIA one and Military bomb disposal ones in particular. I always enjoy your stuff. All the best for 2024!
That second guy (who wanted to grab the blade) definitely got the second one. He just didnt know he had to press down to release. Same with the massive body builder. Sure body builders wont have the same strength as a power lifter, but there's no way that guy couldn't pull 200lb of resistance.
Bro,you got it all wrong. You can put the sword back and then put it put ONLY if you pulled hard enough to lift 200pounds. There are no tricks. To simply pull 200pounds without any mechanism,he would need an electromagnet, wich he didn't use. Imstead was mechanical. After pulling 200pounds,the tip would be released,or else, you could trip over it and fall on your nose on when releasing the sword from the stone. Ok? Its for your safety. After you push sword back, you only have to get it out,no more locking mechanism. But ONLY if you unlocked it. 😊
Last guy pushed it down and then pulled again. Not sure why he chose that technique, but it loosened it somehow, that's why he pulled it out so easily.
You should've reminded them every time to push the sword down to release it once it's not coming up anymore. A lot of them actually got the 2nd one and just had to push it down to take it out.
The problem is if you dont have a long torso you run out of room to pull with any power. You should be able to stand above the sword and pull with full body extension.
@juliannewman8720 So people with a short torso or legs could never be king. That sounds like a flawed challenge, dumdum. Maybe just allow full body use and up the resistance? Now we are thinking!
@@SMac86 it's called a challenge for a reason dumdum.. Maybe we should allow short people in the NBA.. Oh wait.. they wouldn't succeed because well.. they're short.. It's called a competition.
