I love a good spreadsheet. Thanks for sharing the information. Of note, DCAA audits typically only impact cost reimbursable contracts. If you’re a government contractor, it’s wise to be compliant with DCAA requirements. However, DCAA isn’t going to audit firm fixed price contracts.
The document that GovCon resellers need is their state’s COA (certificate of authority). Their is a universal COA used by a limited number of states - I forget the form #.

Cost+ contracts are always subject to DCAA compliance! Not FFP, as mentioned in the comments.
