[Translation Notes]
1. Ojou-sama speech tends to end sentences with "desuwa" and the more polite form of "masu" as "mashi". At 1:46 Oliver accidentally says "machi" instead and makes it sound more like toddler or baby-speak.
2. "Baka" just meaning idiot or stupid counts as crude language, its really only something you say to insult someone or if you're messing around with friends. In general Japanese doesn't have many swear words so the manner in which you speak is more important.
