For example, some artists like cast spells on words like Evil and spell it backwards like from evil to live. Tbh, don’t believe in people when they do this, but tbh this helps people see past the veil of words themselves and past language to just see who the actual person is themselves. So when people say things like “I hate so and so”. Like just read the feeling, frequency, and vibration of the word. Then we start to realize this is just an emotional state, but we begin to realize that they are only directing it at us because they have like a defensive wall and barrier to protect themselves. I feel like by giving knowledge on why a situation is the way it is and why they’re in that scenerio gives insight to why they are actually feeling that sort of way. So tbh, like everyone goes through this phase at some point, but a lot of us do not say it by speaking it. Instead our body language says the exact samething. So it’s no different even if we withdraw our negative words and only say “I love so and so” like tbh we should we working towards saying words with a more positive connotation behind it. Putting effort into it just makes us release defensive barriers and allows us to let go.
