I have a theory that the Extraction Room will be a one floor room. I know in outside shots of the factory show the right windows in pink (On the 2nd and 3rd floors.) It should only be the 2nd floor with pink in it. Why? The Kitchen and Office areas takes up all of the 3rd floor. There's no way the Extraction room can be two layers of windows.
They have escaped but most of the trees are located inside the range of the factory so it's not long before we see rods shop or they catch up with many vans
