It's Antithesis only. Paradox usually doesn't make any sense or logic. Here the first 4 lines have clear meaning and logic. In short, Antithesis is like Rajini's speech and Paradox is like Kamal's speech 😝

It could be Anaphora. 'I was' 'I told' Is repeated in the lines one after the other. So it might not be repetition. But it's just my opinion.
