Freedom has indeed come to Zambia for civilians to come close to the police & video tape them without confrontations or tear gas or bullets being fired. I only like seeing the traditional police uniform which the lovely lady was wearing. It was not necessary for PF to purchase the militarised equipment for the police which I have never seen among the police here. Hope UPND will not follow the PF’s move to purchase more of these militarised equipment for the police. Just seeing the equipment today brings to memory the oppression that many of our people there experienced during the reign of the just deposed PF regime.
I find it strange why the police has such Armament, what's your thoughts brother?
