Alam mo ate Charm, i feel bad kasi I’m already 22 and ngayon ko lang nalaman mga ‘to. I guess this quarantine is a blessing in disguise because these kind of vids popped in my feed. Now I understand why whenever my hs friends and I meet, they talk about insurances, savings that I dont understand. (nag-aaral pa kasi during our last meet-up so di talaga ako makarelate) But now that I’m already done with school, I will face the work life soon. ‘to na pala yun, huhu. And isnt it weird na lately din lang ako naeducate about retirement. Totoo ngang not everything is taught in school.

@@CharmdeLeon yes hindi ko lanh alam kung tama ang diskarte ko. Ngloan ako ng mababang interest walang pang 1 percent. Para ipan down sa isang lupa na bibilhin ko. 3 years to pay kasi ang lupa 0 interest🙂
Car Lover it’s not ideal na mag loan for downpayment but if you can pay for it naman na hindi ka naghihirao or kumuha ng additional loan/utang then no problem!

I don’t know your particular situation but if you have a lot of extra income, yes you can. Otherwise, better to save and focus on investing in yourself and knowledge to earn ☺️

Have 3-6 months emergency fund -Find a bank that has a better interest percentage than the inflation rate -Start as soon as possible for compounding interest, automated. 2 categories : Lending and Ownership Note: Don't Time the Market (lesson learned from Axie XD)

godffrey verbosidad This is a general rule of thumb in which the thought is to make saving a priority. Savings are not just for keeping or hindi gagalawain, it’s for specific goals. Possible annual returns. The lower the risk, the lower the possible returns. Higher risks, higher possible returns.
