Riverside literally save my life! I was feeling pointless and sad at that moment! And now, since i know that band (and especially Mariusz) i drink every little moment in life!! I'm from Canada I saw them in concert recently, and he said; tonight is a really special evening at the same time that his gaze crossed mine (probably a pure coincidence) but it is these little coincidences that make the world beat! I am a new grandfather now and yes... IT'S A LOVELY LIFE!!! 🥲

This is the song that I put in every moment in my life where I just feel extremely happy. I've listen it when I go on a bus to a concert, or when I'm flying upon the beauty the pacific, or when i'm in a beautiful beach, or in a river. Or when i just feel good with myself and I feel just happy just for existing. It's my moment of piece, and i'm greatful with Riverside for have created such a wonderful piece.

One of the few songs that compels me to stop what I am doing and just sit and listen. While it is playing, I find peace and serenity. When it is over, I find myself wiping tears. My music library spans 6-decades of Progressive and Art Rock...Riverside is the Crown Jewel of it all.

Every time new Riverside material was announced I was most excited to hear your sumptuous tones, dynamic musicianship and emotional lead playing, and was looking forward to many more years of great music with your involvement. Wherever you are, you will be sorely missed., but you will live on through your music. RIP.
I grew up listening to Riverside, my parents played it all the time at home. When we found out we were all in shock especially since my parents had just seen them perform in Chicago a few months before. I will always miss Piotr but I'll always continue to listen to their songs. This is my favorite band and I'll never forget him.
My Brother and I met them in a small club in Philadelphia. We talked for a while after the sound check, then they went out for Dinner. Such a Great Night I will never forget...

Both programs have their better and worse shedule entries, but both stations tend to play more "ambitious" music. (however, Coldplay is possible on both. But no Bieber etc). Progressive rock fans catch Trójka's "Minimax" program on Sunday evenings CET. Besides music they have some very good interviews with top artists (interviews with English-speaking artists)

Agree! I came for the band, stayed for the bass parts and excellent sense of harmony. Everything gels but after Fractured (Lunatic Soul) I can't help but notice the strong Duda influence in every single Riverside track.
This is one of my favorite albums of recent times. I deeply connect with this album both musically and conceptually, which is very rare for me right now. There's feelings of innocence, darkness, ambition and in this case, beauty. It's strongly felt throughout the album, and it gives me such a beautiful feeling :)
Great stuff, though it is somewhat reminiscent of Porcupine Tree... Mariusz has such a distinct voice though, plus this whole album has incredible production!
Riverside has in recent years blended late Opeth, Porcupine Tree and Pink Floyd with a character uniquely their own to make some of the most beautiful, if haunting, music of the last decade; perhaps too some of the most important looking at the subject matter explored and how it relates to the state of the world, technology and culture at present.
. The sound of this song is so beautiful that you can’t almost miss it. It bleeds you inside your mind, the bleeding of sheer happiness but within sadness. It’s just mesmerizing. I love it.

+Ilias Iliou No problemo. Well if you're in a Riverside mood, then you might not enjoy those songs right away. But Leprous' new album is pretty good. Riverside's newest is a little underwhelming imo unfortunately. It has good moments obviously, but it feels too safe.
