Are the Valley cards the same as in normal everdell just with new art or?

There's some overlap but also differences

You can only draw from the valley if it specifically says so, correct? Like in base Everdell, you can only draw from the meadow when it says specifically. All other draws are from the deck.

Yes. But you can Play cards from the valley if you can pay for Them.
The Valley can be seen as a shared hand of cards. 😊

It would be funny if they added two expansions to Silverfrost in form of two half-circles at bottom, it would look like a shaft + balls!! 🤣 Sorry. That is where my mind went!! lol
