I work with 1 guy who is from Russia and another from the Ukraine and they are the 2 best workers that ive ever worked with. They dont stop until the job is done and are incredibly knowledgable, they have taught me much about machinery (I'm a machinist). They can fix pretty much any problem and their way of critically thinking about a problem amazes me. They are great guys too, we have alot of fun together and get a kick out of our cultural differences....they were raised during the Soviet era and are self admitting communists, I am a capitalist through and through. We laugh constantly at our culture clashes.
