Ex kid and law are a runner defender and attacker in one, they have are very very tanky, have really good damage, and they have insane traits for capping flags, the ability to pull a flag while people are on it and only being able to be knocked back off of it is very very strong.

I main fr shanks so here are some tips, just don't go and attack klaw at first but first try to stack your atk to max and then you'll one shot them. That's what I've been doing. I think it'll be a help

shanks can beat law, but kid still slams him. kid does 30% more dmg and takes 30% less dmg to characters wife buffed parameters. kids invincibility skill can normally nearly one shot shanks. shanks does well against them but he isn't a proper counter.
No you are wrong, team boost give lots of damage. Your damage in team boost usually x1.5 or x2 depending on your teamates. Not to mention we can see that Uta managed to land a crit hit too. Getting one shot by one skill because of teamboost is very common so it is best to run away when the enemy have teamboost.

Bro characters at level 70 are mid and you haven’t even boosted them yet ,get them to level 80 to get all their traits and build them on defense and atk
This new ex doesn't remove attack boost and doesn't remove haki state, it's basically useless against green shanks, not even mention it is a BLUE runner and most skills are easy to be dodged. Don't try to rely on defense boost. I have tested the defense by using blue kaido with very very high defense +70% defense boost in the treasure area. It's just useless. This game is good for attacker, not defender/runner.🤣🤣🤣
Just straight up say U don't have skill to use them cuz they don't need to remove haki state they can just stack defence and keep using skills and their skills has IFrames too and bro said defender and runner aren't good when big mom was best character for months

Third, no matter how fast their skills cool, it won't be faster than cool down time of dodge (5 second), and even they use normal attack to reduce cool down time (like ex kid), green shanks can just stop it with normal attack (with haki state, no stagger). Even kid uses normal attack to increase cool down time of dodge (not even mention green shanks' dodge only takes 3 secs when flag is less), Kid's skill 1 is too slow.

I main fr shanks so here are some tips, just don't go and attack klaw at first but first try to stack your atk to max and then you'll one shot them. That's what I've been doing. I think it'll be a help
