- In this episode, we head to Heathctet Park Raceway with a huge variety of cars and mates to try and set some PB's and also see just how fast we can get our slow cars to go down the strip, and we had a ball!

Love it. Make a new series on the channel getting the HQ down to a low 15. Who cares about the times, the improvement on the times is far more entertaining.
I had a 12 second car 20 years ago but the most fun i ever had drag racing was running 16 second quarters in a mate's 808 mazda. Rowing through the gears and making sure the revs were spot on before changing gears was so much fun. Going from mid to low 16's just by changing gears at the correct revs was really rewarding
If there is a Hackshop Drag event, ill bring my slow car for some fun. As thats whats it about, just having fun.

I whole heartedly agree with bringing your slow car drag racing. I raced my bog stock V6 Auto VS Commodore Wagon against my mates 2002 Toyota Celica at Eastern creek a month or 2 ago and It was a mad time. 16.646 was my best time and my mates was 17.126. Woudnt do it again but it was a fun day.
It looks so much fun, I raced that fairlane at Keilor park drive once. I didn’t have boost and neither did he by the look of it. Slowest race ever 😂

Dead stock 253 makes 100kws doesn't it? It's not bad. Needs a cam and vn heads to really push it. Oh and pistons for more compression.
They make half the power of a 202 and use twice the fuel.

the run what you brung is a dying trade atm. with these "street cars" now faster then race cars from 20 year ago it was great to see alot of normal actual driven cars have a stab.
27:41 your car low 14 easy jut put a lower dif ratio 390 or 355 better faster pick up Rev faster ❤ give you more grunt and run a 14 inch back wheel for a lower ratio
