Long Deep Sleep Guided Meditation - A Tranquil Night From Anxiety

- This sleep meditation for anxiety can be used to relieve stress and worry. 3 Hours in duration should be enough to help you fall asleep fast and forget about your worries. There are gentle prompts, visualisations and body scan techniques included in this long sleep meditation.
If you find it difficult to go to sleep or perhaps have insomnia due to worries on your mind, allow my voice to soothe your mind and body into deep relaxation. Even if you just use this guided meditation video to distract your thoughts, you will find that your concentration will improve as a result of letting go of tension and any negative thoughts.
It may take a while for your thoughts to settle and your muscles to loosen but once that process begins you will soon be fast asleep and into a tranquil night rest.

Listened and actually fell asleep.. until a loud screaming ad woke me up at 2.30 am. Huge increase in anxiety and I wasn't able to sleep much after that. I am sad. Loved the session and found it useful. Now I can't listen to it because it will wake me up

Christian, this an example of what I have expressed in the past. The content is excellent but the pace is spoken way too fast. Personally, I prefer a sleep hypnosis and when you speak too fast my brain is trying to process the information and it’s really a stressful feeling. I want to deeply relax with serene visualization. I want to slow down not concentrate. Love your wise words, though.
I love the rain and how simple and uncomplicated your visualizations are. It helps me when my mind is already full.

Music? You mean those sounds in the background, do you? Yes, they're a bit too loud for me, too.
I think it's personal preference honestly. The ones with music in the background are the best ones. There is no music in this one though, only rain sounds. Perhaps you got the wrong meditation.... for me, the rain sounds weren't loud at all
