I always like to use Levels that have the adjustment screws for realignment or replacement of the Vials as it makes it fast and easy to make any adjustments out on a job site Which is where i like to recheck all my levels before using them for layouts On that job site as many times levels get knocked out of accuracy when transporting them from one job to the next
I have the same problem and i asked the factory about the problem, but the factory made a ridiculous statement. They told me that because this model can only display accurate results on the front side. If it wants to display both sides, the mold must be changed. that's bullshit
Step 1 on how to fix a level. Dont. Just bin it and get a new one, will save you time and money with whatever you're working on. who knows if the level will be off again in the future, those couple of mm can fck you over

Levels are not cheap. And can get broken very easily. I bought mine and it got broken after only one job. Idk how. Its 50 dollars per piece
The problem is, at least in my fked up country, you get a new level and it comes off from the factory
