your ideas are good and all but eri being able to make herself move at incredible speeds or being able to teleport herself into a diffirent state in the future is too far. Her quirk basically effect aging right? Or at what point the person had certain qualities. But there is no way in hell she is able to effect where it happened. Most of your ideas are fun to listen to but i just couldn’t accept that one.

@@hamkamisra5353 nah in a scene where overhauls testing eri you can clearly see her body healing itsself without overhaul doing it. And overhaul probably cant fix things the way it was shown in the scene. When chisaki resets her its probably in the way he killed and revived the guy fat gum fought

I feel like Mina would be the best hero to take Kota on as her intern. I mean, they both have quirks that are liquid type based. And Kota, since an upgrade is being able to boil his water, then he could practice and make it reach temperatures that could melt through things as if it were acid.

5:18-here's my little theory for Manga's fans: i think that assault dust kid is En's great-great-grandson
In Katsuma's case, he could study the anatomy of the body to be knowledgeable of which specific cells could aid him greatly,with that factor in mind he could further develop his quirk to activate a specific number of cells and enhance them further with the knowledge he gained from studying anatomy(I.E. a more reasonable version of Muscular in terms of physical capabilities). During his training as well, he could do intense training sessions to not only help him maintain the duration of his quirk for longer periods of time, but to also maintain his quirk even if he is physically exhausted.It could also help him become a genius as well if he targets the brain cells during class and it could aid him and other people in situations that involve interrogation, escape, rescue, capture, and infiltration both as a student, intern, and future pro hero
I feel like Katsuma would be a good one for all successor, he could use his existing quirk to heal any injuries before he really learns to use it and already seems close to deku. Plus Deku already told him what all might told him before giving him one for all (“you can be a hero”)

I'd like to think that even after Tamashiro beats Eri, he doesn't think less of her because he's aware her Quirk wasn't at full power when they fought. Kinda like Bakugo, he knows she wasn't fighting at her best, but instead of going berserk about it, he hopes they can have a rematch some day when she's fully charged so they could see who truly has the stronger Quirk.
10:55, she needs to build up her horn to be able to use her quirk. As seen in many instances, her horn glows and grows to an extent when using her ability. What if...she needed to take care of her horn before use.
Yep, I can definately see my OC in this. He would have had to have done a lot of research into the many quirks he downloaded to have a chance of winning.

What about playing the iida role there could be a girl I will describe her she would long pink hair and blue eyes her quirk could be mute so she could make people temporarily not be able to talk kinda like eraserheads quirk but for your voice and not your quirk she would be in the all might blue place just because it’s pretty powerful to be able to shut people up a lot of villain need to talk to use there quirk it’s also useful for getting a very scared crowd to calm down and it seems perfect for playing a class rep role also I think eri could be in class 1A because eraserhead may have retired and I think it would be cool to see someone from the og series like some of the by this time pros as the hero’s like how in the og series some of the pros like all might and eraserhead were dekus teachers it would be kinda cool if eris idol deku was one of her teachers on the side of doing his hero work or she could do her work study with deku I think the kid playing he bakugo role would do a work study with todoroki because todoroki is one of the main characters that helped him also I think we are over looking the kid who was the leader of all those kids he would probably be a pretty big part and I think he would do a work study with bakugo and maybe the girl I talked about to play an iida role could do a work study with iida as for dorms I think it would be cool for some more stuff to happen in the dorms like if the dorms had stuff like a training area since deku spent most of his mornings outside training clearly it would be necessary also a training area could have a swimming pool for water based quirks and just physical training it would need a basic gym a single person training area for testing your quirk without worrying about getting in trouble and a much needed fighting area I think bakugo and deku made it quite clear that sometimes students need to let off some steam on each other I think it would be cool for the class to take a field trip to the USA like to Florida or California to go to the beach and they meet a villain and there quirk would be siren where they can lore people under the water and she would take the whole class and Kota would have to save them because his water quirk makes the whole siren thing not work on him them they find out at some point that the siren person is working with the main villain and is stealing there quirks for her leader but luckily kota saves them in time but the siren girl gets away sorry this comment is so long it took me 30 minutes to write

Concerning Kota's age, my personal reason for why he'd be in Eri's class, would be that maybe his birthday, which would make him 6, was a few weeks after he was first introduced to the series.
Would that work?
I have a headcanon for next gen Kota. His quirk is basically shooting water from his hands. Maybe like how many other quirks develop overtime (he was 5 during the Forest Training Camp Arc) Kota can control the water he shoots, both the quantity (amount of water) and quality (densing the water to become hard like steel). He would be able to shoot powerful water jets out of his hands and travel similar to Bakugou and Genos (OPM). He would even be able to conquer weapons such as blades and whips (with the help of support items he could maintain them) with his water he could control like Aqualad from Young Justice. In addition to your suggestion of changing temperature it could almost be like a lightsaber or blade that can piece and cut skin. As for personality, he would be those characters who have emotionless/glaring/bitch resting faces but have netural personalities like Giyuu Tomioka or Genos. But still have the hot-headed mentality in a way, being aggressive with villains. Sorry for rambling but I really love the idea of future Kota being the "cool" character.
Also another suggestion, since Eri's been training with Aizawa wouldn't she also have learned close quarters combat or any self-defence since Aizawa also does that to compensate his weakness of blinking.

If all his cells activate does that include his muscles? if so that would give him a strength and speed boost in his body, and the heart will also be activated to where it pumps more blood in his heart. And a support item he could have is a couple of blood bags on his body that puts more blood in his body that way he does not run out of blood. Also the blood bags would be reinforced with a bendable bag, which is made out of hexagons cuz hexagons are the bestagons

My idea would be that katsuma has cell activation so that he could also learn how to deactivate the cells so opponents cant recover quickly enough.
Maybe Kota can make water under his feet to slide around like Mina.
Eri could probably use rewind to teleport as long as shes been there and maybe she can use a sword and when it breaks she can fix it with rewind.

I like your ideas on a future generation bha sports festival. I do believe as well that Eri would get second place, but for different reasons. First of all, considering what we know now that she can only rewind, would be cool though if she could fast forward though, essentially it is nearly impossible for Eri to lose if she uses her full power, she can blink something out of existence by basically poking it. I think if she were to lose it’s because she wouldn’t be able to use her quirk on a person like many others, if not all, can, but she was also trained by Aizawa and probably some of the the U.A. faculty since she was young so she could take on a pro hero in her first year because of all this extra training. Also Aizawa much like Eri does have limitations, because he can take away a quirk for a limited time so he does need to be able to fight to subdue his opponent. Eri doesn’t want to kill, so she needs to be able to fight as well which is why Aizawa is the perfect mentor for her. Eri also at this point most likely would be able to use her quirk on herself to instantly heal and maybe with time like you said rewind space around her which would be cool to see her teleport. Ultimately Eri would most likely win because of this over powered quirk, but in the end the only way to beat her opponent is to use her quirk on a person something she didn’t want to do because she didn’t want to turn him into a 4 year old or worse a monkey so she ultimately decided not to use it kinda of like todoroki and was defeated. I'm pretty sure what regenerates Eri's quirk is sleep because when she was on dekus back and pretty much regenerating him her horn was going away but after she woke up the horn was back and that horn is where all of her powers stored and her quirk is energy based this is just cause you said that you don't know how she restores her quirk but this might not be entirely true

After eri gets rescued, she used all her power on deku her horn was.small. it only got bigger when she was scared about lemillion losing his wuirk and it got a tiny bit bigger. Maybe its fear or maybe happnies? But happiness does not make sense becsuse her horn was huge before and as revealed, she never felt real happiness before deku saved her. So most likley it is just time or fear
