1.500 kg/hr shrimp cooking & cooling line by Innotec Systems BV. This line is processing Vanamei shrimp of all sizes either peeled or unpeeled. The Impingement Flash cooker uses our patented 3 temperature zone rainfall shower cooking system. The cooker has the highest yield in the industry (2% - 7% more than steam cookers).
