The Baranti Village Resort is situated on the picturesque banks of the renowned Baranti Lake in Purulia. Spanning across a vast area of 120 acres, the resort is surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility. Baranti is a charming tribal village located in the Raghunathpur sub-division of the Purulia district in West Bengal. It serves as an ideal weekend getaway destination from Kolkata, with a distance of approximately 260 kilometers.

How to Reach Baranti By Train:
Option 1:
Take the 58011 Howrah-Chakradharpur Passenger train departing from Howrah at 23:05 hours.
Arrive at Adra the next day at 5:15 am.
From Adra, take an unreserved MEMU train to Asansol and get down at Muradi.
It takes approximately 25-30 minutes to reach Muradi by local train from Adra.
There is a train at 06:55 am from Adra to Muradi.
Option 2:
Take the 12883 Rupasi Bangla Express departing from Santragachi (SRC) at 06:25 am.
Arrive at Adra (ADRA) at 10:55 am.
If the Rupasi Bangla Express arrives on time, catch the Tatanagar-Asansol MEMU scheduled to arrive at Adra at 12:15 pm.
In case of delay or missing the previous train, the next Adra-Asansol MEMU departs at 14:30 pm.
