The problem of, “What if I get it wrong?” Isn't caused by lots of choices, it's caused by emotions and thinking that are causing you suffering. Feeling overwhelmed or having irrational fear may not be fixed by limiting your choices. Even if all you had were two choices you could still be irrational and worry about getting wrong. You could only have one choice and be afraid that the one choice would be horrible.

Decision fatigue may not necessarily be caused by having lots of choices but by not knowing yourself and not knowing what you prefer. And the process of knowing yourself and knowing what you prefer can be narrowed down by experimenting with different choices. Obviously there may be risks associated with choice that you should not take. But that is a risk assessment skill. Being able to assess risk and safety can filter out choices and narrow the options you are willing to consider.

My kids will never go to college or school. People who go to school or college are infected with every disease and their brains shrink everyday by 2% when sitting in a classroom.❤

Some points are more presumptuous and catered toward a specific set of people. Not everyone scrolls their phones endlessly.

Everything is individual access to physical resources, and, if fortunate enough to be a favoured identity/have individual social credit opportunities. Nothing more, nothing less.

If there was trust that the industry is delivering nutritious food, you could just pick and buy anything.
If it’s important to you what you put in your body, maybe it’s good to check what you actually consume.
For that you need education within that topic.
It’s actually quite sad, that the government is influenced by the lobby and allows unhealthy things to be offered to the public.
If you want to save time&energy and eat healthy, it’s best to buy organic products and fresh produce. Maybe from local markets.
Also in general, stepping away from consumerism, helps to recover valued resources ones own energy.

Lots of choice and little to no choice both have their pros and cons. Lots of choices can be bad and few choices can be bad. They can both be bad. Evaluation techniques need to be developed to find optimal opportunities and solutions when faced with overwhelming choices. If you only have two choices, of which both are very bad, is that better than having an overwhelming number of options of which some are very beneficial? I would prefer many choices that might have one good choice rather than two bad choices.
