Yep! The lettering at the top is "tetelestai" (the greek word that is translated as "it is finished" in english). It's one of the last things Jesus said on the cross and wraps up where my entire hope in life and death comes from...his work in my place being finished on the cross. The symbol is the chi rho (the first two letters of "Christ" in Greek) which has been a symbol used for Christ for a long time. Thanks for asking! I have a salt and pepper beard, hit my length goal, but the new growth is thinner than the majority of my beard. It is so hard to not trim the thinner part back. I am planning on keeping the length at 10" and hoping the fullness will grow in, but it is horrible waiting...only on some days.
Wait at least a weak before trimming. Two would be better,especially if you’ve got more than 6 months growth invested. Don’t want throw that time away just because it’s being irritating for a day or two.
I don't really have a tip or plan for those days except being patient and trying not to look in the mirror to often because the is when the itch of trimming will start to "make sense" and more often than not I end up trimming a bit here and there, which sets me back on the process... also because a work on a corporate environment some bad beard days are more significant than other, if I have a meeting or something like that I will be more self conscious of my beard looking like crap... so, I don't think there is a solution for this besides going through the day and being patient... maybe I'll call in sick from now on, maybe that's a solution :)

Can I have a beard later?

So true, never trim it. I have destroyed a lot of beards over the years. I live in Ohio so in the summer real humid days, just ruin the way it looks!
