Absolute lifesaver. we are reviewing this in algebra 2 just for now, and i remembered how to do a regular 2 system, but forgot how to do a 3 system. i have so many after school activites and one of them cuts into my 7th period(math) which effectively cuts my learning. thank goodness this guy exists because i would be completely lost withought him

My teacher just rushed it, didn't even go in depth. Then he let us solve it. I can honestly say 90% of the students did not understand it at all. Thank you for your teaching.
Betty Echavarria oh because basically when he did A he was multiplying a negative by negative giving him a positive, so to cancel out y he need B to be negative and positive 2 was a good solution for that

Like 5 weeks into school and my teacher doesn’t teach us anything. Plus my lam class is first period so he’s always writing notes instead of teaching. Just found out I have a test on this tomorrow. I have no idea how to study and it’s worth 60 percent of my grade this is helping A LOT
In fairness to teachers, no matter how you do or describe these types of equations, they always take forever and have a lot of variables that can accidentally be screwed up. In my class, no one liked this method because even if you can understand how to do it, it still takes forever. If you're clever, you can usually come up with usable shortcuts to math, but you always have to figure out X, Y, and Z the hard way.
as someone who didn't learn anything in algebra 1 since I was online and have to learn algebra 2 from scratch with no experience, this helped a lot. Thank you.
The class was excellent but at the end I think there was some confusion since -2+3you get negative 1..if you correct that I think all will be well . thanks alot good people 🤝🤝🤝

When you multiplied equation A and B how did you come up with -5 and 2?
Those are the scalars that allow me when multiplied to obtain the same coefficients for y so that y can be eliminated when I combine the equations
