$30 for parking ticket is consider as a bargain in NYC. In NY, it is $65 for expired meter. But the Judge is nice enough to waive it. Only in Providence, RI, I guess. Make me want to more to Providence RI now after watching "Caught in Providence" videos.

    • @MohammedMohammed-kt5id

@@drServitis she is not equal so we must take care of her physically and emotionally. You understand that's why. It's not making less of her like the modern Islamic world think of a woman no.
Like car wheels the car is absolutely nothing with no wheels and also the wheels are not if not attached to a car. The same case with man and woman.
And when I said they will not let the woman drive not because I meant she is less with disgrace no but because the woman shall not make an effort and man should handle the rudder.
Today Islamic world is very wrong about how a woman is less she is not less by in a bad way but she is less in a way that makes the man a man. Protecting her doing all what costs so she can live good, taking good handle of life and make her feel safe and all what a woman shall do is give birth.
You understand? That's what makes a man a real man taking good care of woman and not letting them take responsibilities that man should with no doubt take handle of
And the woman is also not equal to the man nor the man is equal to a woman that's why man loves woman and woman loves man.
The case of man is more equal and the woman is less is not personally it's energetically and physically. Like positive and negative that's all and this doesn't make any part better no it just make it needy for the other because nothing is equal! That's why man and woman are created for each other. Because when they gather BOTH they make the "equality"

Judge Caprio occasionally dismissed ONE red light violation based on someone being distracted, because of health issues etc. he did even more for this woman, she had to pay less than a quarter of the original fine. Basically he dismissed a little more than 1.5 red light violations for her.
