I have to disagree with you! Sorry even though I understand that the woman has health issues, it's not a free pass to drive through the red light repeatedly.. Judge Caprio occasionally dismissed ONE red light violation based on someone being distracted, because of health issues etc. he did even more for this woman, she had to pay less than a quarter of the original fine. Basically he dismissed a little more than 1.5 red light violations for her. Even judge Caprio is rarely this lenient when it comes to red light violations.
