Guilt won't help you relax. Besides, they don't have a bad life - they get to travel the world and do the job they were designed to do. How many of us can say the same? 🙂
That could result in taking a permanent nap. Who wants to be chased through a hot, sticky jungle only to become a trophy for an alien hunter anyway? Maybe leave that fight to Arnie and just sit back and relax instead😄
Similar, yes. Exactly the same, no. I've always found when listening to these kind of videos to help myself sleep, I have to click through many similar ones to find something that's 'just right'.
