Not anymore. I used to be the main advocate for Arrogante hakuda but now all of the reasons it was good are gone (the partials were gutted). This is what happened. -4 seperate all around damage nerfs (I was counting) -No more frame 1 hyperarmor -No more frame 1 counter -Rei Nerf All for a mid segunda? The unfinished full res was actually the peak. No segunda but awesome partials. Now you're better off with storm or even kazuya for hakuda
