I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with Flo Mattress and their abysmal customer care service. I had initially purchased a mattress from them and later decided to exchange it due to some issues. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a nightmare of an experience.
After placing the exchange request, the delivery of the new mattress was anything but not on time. Its taking an excruciatingly long time for the product to arrive, leaving me frustrated and without a proper sleep solution for far too long.
To add insult to injury, every time I contacted their customer care executives, I was met with false promises and empty reassurances. They seemed more interested in placating me than actually resolving my issues.
As if the lack of timely delivery and false promises weren't enough, I discovered that Flo Mattress was using influencers for false marketing and posting fake reviews to lure in unsuspecting customers. This kind of deceitful tactic is utterly unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity on their part.
As a consumer, I feel betrayed by Flo Mattress and their practices. Trust is the foundation of any customer-business relationship, and Flo has broken that trust through their unprofessional behavior.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Flo Mattress to think twice and do thorough research. The claims they make may not be genuine, and you could end up with a frustrating experience like mine.
I sincerely hope Flo Mattress takes these criticisms to heart and addresses their shortcomings promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend them to anyone, and I will be looking elsewhere for a reputable company that values its customers and upholds honest business practices.

I have ordered this flo ergo mattress today of 6 inch thickness and custom size of my bed whose length and breadth in inches are 78 and 45 respectively. Reviews on the website are quite satisfying
How is the mattress after using it for 9 months ?
@@busha2930 The mattress is totally worth it, at that i purchased it for around Rs10,000/-(approx). It is firm and water resistant also. Till now, it is working completely fine. If you are looking for a mattress, go for Flo Mattress for sure

Do you think 8 inch is better choice ? Since it says if both weight are more than 90 go to 8inch and more inches are better?

customer service is really worst. by experience m suggesting u do not believe this company services. its really bad and they are not customer friendly. to talk to customer u need to wait nearly half ana hour or fedup. they say all lies. i am fedup with this company services and please dont get stuck with this company....
