I'd like to see how a headboard is attached to this same bed. I've seen videos for other bed models but the brackets are different. I have had this bed for almost two years and it's like sleeping on a cloud!
There's alot of buzz about this base however I've not had the chance to see this for myself. I'm looking forward to a video release highlighting all the new and updated features
Not at all how our installation went. Bought the bed from Macy's and the delivery guys did not feel like driving it up the hill so dumped the boxes on the sidewalk in the rain and took off leaving us in the rain scrambling to find someone with a truck who would take it to our house. Trying to figure out how to set up the thing was a nightmare. Called Macy's repeatedly and their customer service was nonexistent. Took a week to get the thing set up. Needless to say I have never bought a thing from Macy's ever again.
MY base didnot come with the headboard brackets, and i bought the base 2 yrs ago, how can i order the right one for my queen headboard? Also, the remote stopped working even though i changed the battery (the flat quarter 3V sized type of battery), but the app helps while i figure out whether to order the remote...
Lyna Y Le you can just call Serta. We bought ours a year ago and I googled the number and called like a week ago and was able to purchase the brackets. We received the brackets via FedEx in about a week.

How do you attach your own headboard? Attaching the bracket is a snap.And then? How does the other headboard bracket fit?
Please tell me where to buy the Headboard Brackets, I can't find this specific model anywhere
