    Thank you man! Those exercises feel amazing! The breakdown of the different components of the dragon squat is done perfectly! That is exactly what I was looking for to improve my hip mobility. I especially liked the single-leg rotation movements for warm-up!

    I just achieved my pistol squat few months back (i had gained much leg power but still had very low flexibility back then) and now have been doing this for the last 3 months once per week and i am very close to unlocking the dragon squat. This is a very good breakdown video for achieving the DS. Thanks and cheers mate🥂

    Hey! I’ve just finished my first session and it was great (not me, the routine). I am committed to do this routine 4 times a week for 4 months. Let’s see what I can achieve. Great video!

    what would you say are the recommended rest times in between the hover, shrimp, and elevated dragon squats?

  • @Alien_Frog_king
    @Alien_Frog_king 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    It looks like the work needed to get a secure Dragon Squat is worth doing regardless of the results, I'll follow your video closely! In the low postition, I feel an intense stretch in the lower side back, is this tight QL 's do you think? 🙏

      @physicalempowerment  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks! Could be, yes. For me it’s always primarily adductor and groin area. I guess it’s a bit different for everyone, depending on strengths/weaknesses. 😊

    isnt that terrible for your knee ligaments ?

    • @physicalempowerment
      @physicalempowerment  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      As with any exercise, if you’re fairly inactive and want to go straight into it probably not a good idea. Gradually exposing to load yes, like with so many exercises. There are no good or bad movements.
