Frogger (Official Version) for the Atari 2600

You have to love Starpath...
Just like Fireball, where they took the Breakout game and made it better, they took Frogger and made it better.
The graphics are 10 times better to the first Frogger game for the Atari 2600...They are more colorful, brighter and ingeneral look better. Also there is less flickering. The gameplay, although it is still like the first Frogger, seems to be better to as the controls seem to be smoother.
The only drawback...the music. I'm sorry, but I find the music headache-causing annoying.

I just Played on an emulator and looked great. Too bad Atari did not hire this guy to write Pac-Man for the Atari 2600.

This is using the Arcadia supercharger so it’s not a fair comparison to games on regular hardware.

This looks great! You do need the Starpath Super Charger
System though, (and cassette player) to load the game’s cassette that holds the game’s data). From the cassette player there is a cord that connects to an Atari 2600 cartridge adapter. It takes about 30 seconds to load. I saw this game on EBay for about $400!

This is my favorite version of Frogger. I'd rather play this version of Frogger over even the arcade original. It is a shame that most people don't even know that this version exists.

This is fake, the Atari 2600 version never looked this good. This is either the arcade version or the Atari 7800 version. FAKE!

That's because this is *not* the Parker Bros. version. Instead it is the Starpath version.
Instead of yelling "FAKE" you could have educated yourself first on that matter, would've made you look less ignorant.
