Another one take song...improvised solos.
As usual no post EQ or overdubs...simpler than ever.
I used my own preset for AmpliTube (soon to be revealed on the complete review and shared if you like).
Guitar used is my Ferrari Red Special.

Nice job. I'm gonna have a go at this myself and have Amplitube 5 so would be interested to hear what the preset sounds like on something other than a red special (les paul/ SG etc).
There's a Red Special simulator pedal into the Brian May pack, so you can make your electric guitar sounding like a RS.

Hii nice vid! Can I ask, how do u approach Brians playing in general? Do u want to be accurate as possible in terms of playing correct notes when covering Brian in general, or do u just try to play ur own style interpreted thru Brian?? Thanks .
The thing is...I am self taught and I learned to play guitar by watching Queen videos and listening to their records, so this is the only way I can play, it is actually my style.

A mistake it's a mistake and I don't care, especially during lives or with these "one take" videos.
Speaking about solos: for some of them I tend to be 100% accurate to the record, because people want to hear them like that.
For other ones I prefer to improvise, just like Brian...to keep the thing "fresh".
It's real enough good using the amplitube interface, enough to replace real amps? should buy it? not convinced using only the software . Nice playing
AmpliTube was not made to replace real amps.
It can replace real amps at home, in the studio and it could save you lots of money...
Said that yes, it's a marvelous device...go for it.
When at home I mainly use AmpliTube, on Tour I'm still using my "real" rig.
@@MarcoGDiMarco Thank you for answering ! Well i mean in the studio, not for tours lol. I was using THU Overloud, was more real than amplitube 4 and now i'm using 5. But sometimes we become very strict. I don't have the interface they sell. So i don't know if buy a vox valvetronix amp and mic or buy this interface to keep recording guitars. In studio you can sound like real amps or still far?
