No Greek said osman taka is Greek. The song is refering to the Greek revolution years. Osman taka was Albanian he fought against Ottoman empire side by side with the Greeks. He was living in a village named Filiates Thesprotia in Greece. So we as Greeks sing and dance to this song to honor him.

This is not Greek. Even though, I think that ancient Greeks have nothing to do with todays modern Greeks. Ancient Greeks' language is way more closer to the Albanian language.
@PANOS THE HISTORIAN I never base my knowledge on Balkan Historians especially Serbian and Greek. These two countries has the most fucked up and made up history I base it on Western history and on true facts for the past couple of hundreds years form my grand a grand grand parents.
