You can learn by just watching, you don't have to understand. First she puts a screen in & secures it with a wire to keep the dirt from falling out. Then she adds rocks for the same reason. Then she trims the tree, picking one side for the front & one side for the back. This is why she trims a branch off, also to control the growth of the tree & give strength to the branches she favors. Trims the roots so it will fit in the pot & size of the tree she making, the rest you can catch on...
Nice and well balanced final product. very beautiful sitting in the background as well. I would like to know what substrate is being used as the second layer on the bottom of the pot. Thank you for the the video and awesome work .
No clue wtf she was saying, but i get the jist of it. Looks really cool, im going to try my hand at one here soon, seems like a relatively cheap hobby so if i screw up oh well no biggie.
Hi, i was wondering if you could help me. I have a bonsai tree for a little under a year now and it's suddenly started dying, all its leaves are turning yellow. It's autumn now - do bonsai trees loose their leaves like other trees? I've watered it when it's started getting dry, but not too much. i've kept it indoors out of direct sunlight but in some light. I've pruned it a bit. The only thing i haven't done is re-potted it but i'm not sure if i should or not? Any advice would be welcome
@missy19bond Yes, bonsai lose their leaves like normal trees. This is hard for most people to understand, but bonsai ARE normal trees! You prune a bonsai into a pleasing shape, and it grows out of it, and then you prune it again, just like a hedge. If you stopped pruning it, eventually it would grow into a normal tree. It may be dying if it is a tropical tree and you have left it outside, but if it is deciduous like a maple it needs its dormancy just like any other deciduous tree.
Сколько понадобится растению для адаптации, после обрезки его корней? 根のトリミング後、植物は適応のためにどれくらいの量を必要としますか? How much will the plant need for adaptation, after trimming its roots?
There are a couple of snippets you can pick up from the English translation, however most of it is... interesting, shall we say? e.g: The road was prepared here is also brilliant lion mask. This at the feet unfavorable flagpole in the oil. The field has come to hairpin working poor not lose the face of adversity. The head-butt during the spate of government-sponsored you have put it lightly. This cat was a period of March and the launch of the questionnaire has not arrived.
@pimpenfresh9 If you've done bonsai before, you don't need to understand what she's saying. I don't know Japanese but I know exactly what she's trying to teach.
YOU GUY CAN TRANSLATE INTO ENGLISH BY PRESSING cc on the bottom of the movie, and simply select Translate Caption Beta, and chose English then it will appear in English for you.
