Just an idea on your candle refill idea. An easy first step might be to offer a discount on a new candle if they bring back an empty candle. Not sure how to scale for online orders, but could be good for pop ups! Has the added bonus of encouraging existing customers to come in person more often

I love the sustainability aspect of your business especially with the clothing that you are thinking about. Absolutely updating and adding your flair to thrifted items would be awesome.

I think you should add embroidery to your business. You can start small with using single needle machine.

I think you can save more if you do get stuff from Alibaba or other websites for your vessels. I think the brands where you get them from also get them from other countries and do not actually guarantee sustainability. For example, your vessels, the can ones, and the glass ones you always get are available in Alibaba, Aliexpress, etc, for like cheap, but the brands you buy them from mark it up! I think your brand can be sustainable and ethical yourself, but the other brands you get your stuff from, are they? Anyway, I love your videos! Happy New Year!!! ❤❤❤
