    Thanks for sharing your build. I'm still printing my frame parts for mine.

      It’s Rolohaun3D’s design and Kanrog’s mod. I just put the parts together. But I definitely appreciate it.

    These printers are going to become the new Ender.

      Rolohaun does seem to be having an increased following! I’m seeing them getting mentioned more and more by some of the bigger 3D printing TH-cam channels.

      Oddly i am using an ender for parts for the 235 i am building.. specially for parts interchangeability with my enders lol

    This looks awesome! I'm hoping to make the same thing. Is there a designated BOM for this or did you have to modify things very much?

    • @aaronreineking2173
      @aaronreineking2173  ปีที่แล้ว

      The BOM is the same as the stock build except for lengthened linear rods. 360mm for the 8mm x and y rods. And as long as you want to go for the 12mm z rods. And the bed is different too I suppose.

    Which bed plate and heater did you choose? the Rook looksd awesome by the way, Im planning on building one myself

      It’s an Ender 3 bed that comes with its own heater. I have a Wham Bam build plate and magnet on it. For mounting it, I designed a cross piece that attaches to the gantry. The mod is in the Rook 180 mods section on Rolohaun’s discord.

    have a geeetech ender 3 clone i want to convert to rook 180/235.
    This is great.
    Would it be possible to use 8 mm carbon fiber tubes and igus drylin linear bearings for x gantry to allow faster speeds

      I know the Bambu uses carbon rods, but I’d think that once the resin starts wearing, things would get very abrasive. I’m sure you could use the drylin bearings, but I don’t know that you really need it or if it would up the speed at all over what this can already do.

    Hey, nice one! What bed do you use?

    • @aaronreineking2173

      It’s a stock Ender 3 bed. I put the mount .stl in the mods section of Rolohaun’s discord.
